Vanilla ice cream with ripe mango, tajin and lime. Cold, sweet and spicy: Mexican summer served in a glass.

Mango and chili sundae

Steps

  1. Cut the mango into cubes.
  2. Mix it with a little tajin, a squeeze of lime and a pinch of salt.
  3. Build the sundae with scoops of ice cream in a glass.
  4. Crown with the spicy mango and all its juice.
  5. Finish with a drizzle of honey or syrup and more tajin on top.
