Dark chocolate melted with chili flakes and spices, set into bars and drops with a spicy edge.

Ingredients
- 200 g dark chocolate
- Chili flakes (or cayenne, or grated dried chili; go easy)
- For variety: flaky salt, ginger, cinnamon, pink pepper
Steps
- Melt the dark chocolate over a bain-marie or in the microwave in short bursts, stirring.
- If you want shine and snap, temper it: cool it while stirring and gently warm it back up.
- Mix most of the chili flakes into the melted chocolate.
- Pour into a bar mold, or make small dollops on parchment paper for the drops.
- Sprinkle more chili flakes on top along with your favorite variation (salt, ginger, pink pepper).
- Let it set at room temperature or in the fridge and break into pieces.
