Fruit with chaat masala

Ingredients
- Mixed fruit (mango, apple, pear, banana, watermelon)
- Chaat masala (or toasted cumin with salt, chili powder and a touch of amchur)
- 1 lime
- Extra chili powder (optional)
- Fresh cilantro (optional)
Steps
- Cut all the fruit into bites of the same size.
- Squeeze lime over the top so it does not oxidize and brings acidity.
- Sprinkle chaat masala generously and, if you want more fire, a pinch of chili powder.
- Mix carefully and let it rest for 5 minutes: the fruit releases juice and soaks up the seasoning.
- Serve cold, with a little cilantro if you like.
