Bloody Mary
Vodka and tomato juice cocktail, spiced with hot sauce, lemon and celery salt. Almost a meal in a glass.

Ingredients
- 50 ml vodka
- 100 ml tomato juice
- A few drops of Worcestershire sauce
- Hot sauce (Tabasco, or sriracha, or whatever you have)
- The juice of half a lemon
- Celery salt, pepper, ice and a celery stalk
Steps
- Fill a tall glass with ice.
- Add the vodka, the tomato juice and the lemon juice.
- Season with the Worcestershire sauce, the hot sauce, celery salt and pepper.
- Stir well with a long spoon: a Bloody Mary is not shaken, it is rolled gently so you do not break the body of the tomato.
- Garnish with the celery stalk and, if you are feeling brave, rim the glass with salt and chili.
