Deviled tequila
Tequila infused at home with fresh chiles. The spicy base for palomas and cocktails with two faces.

Ingredients
- 1 bottle of tequila (or vodka)
- 2 or 3 chiles (jalapeno, serrano or chile de arbol, depending on the fire you want)
- For a spicy paloma: grapefruit soda, lime and salt
Steps
- Wash the chiles and cut them lengthwise: the more surface exposed, the faster they release the heat.
- Drop them into the bottle of tequila and let it infuse in a dark spot, from 2 or 3 days (mild) up to a couple of weeks (demonic).
- Taste it daily: when it reaches your level, strain and remove the chiles so it does not keep climbing.
- For the spicy paloma: mix 50 ml of the infused tequila with grapefruit soda, a splash of lime and lots of ice.
- Serve with the rim of the glass frosted in salt with chili.
