Michelada of fire
Ice-cold beer with lime, hot sauce and a chili rim. The Mexican michelada, like a Bloody Mary with beer.

Ingredients
- 1 well-chilled lager beer
- The juice of 1 lime
- Hot sauce to taste (Valentina, Tabasco, sriracha... whatever you have)
- A splash of soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and chili powder for the rim
Steps
- Wet the rim of the glass with lime and roll it in salt mixed with chili powder.
- Pour into the bottom the lime juice, the hot sauce (the hotter, the better) and a touch of soy.
- Fill with ice and top up with beer slowly, so you do not lose the foam.
- Stir, taste and adjust the heat until it bites just enough.
- Toast and repeat.
