About this chile
The Russian-roulette chilli: "Padrón peppers, some are hot and some are not". Most are sweet and mild, but every so often one hides a jolt, especially if it grew in heat with little water. They are picked green and unripe, so they rarely reach their full heat: same pepper, different luck in every bite.
