Jalapops
Jalapeno halves stuffed with cheese, breaded and, if you like, wrapped in bacon. The most addictive bar snack.

Ingredients
- 8 large jalapenos (or similar-sized chiles so you can stuff them)
- 150 g cream cheese
- 80 g grated cheese
- 8 half slices of bacon (optional)
- Breadcrumbs
- Salt
Steps
- Cut the jalapenos in half lengthwise and remove the veins and seeds, which is where the heat concentrates.
- Mix the cream cheese with the grated cheese and a pinch of salt.
- Fill each jalapeno boat with the mixture, without overdoing it so it does not overflow.
- If you want to take it to the next level, wrap each popper in half a slice of bacon.
- Coat in breadcrumbs for a crunchy finish.
- Bake at 200 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes, until golden and the cheese bubbles.
- Let them cool for a couple of minutes: straight out of the oven, the filling is lava temperature.
