Eggs filled with creamy yolk, mayo, mustard and hot sauce. The classic deviled eggs, with a devilish kick.

Steps

  1. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, transfer them to ice water and peel them.
  2. Cut them in half lengthwise and scoop the yolks into a bowl.
  3. Mash the yolks with the mayonnaise, the mustard, a hit of hot sauce and salt until smooth.
  4. Fill the whites with the mixture, with a spoon or a piping bag to show off.
  5. Sprinkle paprika and chopped chives on top.
