Deviled eggs
Eggs filled with creamy yolk, mayo, mustard and hot sauce. The classic deviled eggs, with a devilish kick.

Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- Hot sauce to taste (whatever you have, or a pinch of cayenne)
- Paprika and chives
- Salt
Steps
- Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, transfer them to ice water and peel them.
- Cut them in half lengthwise and scoop the yolks into a bowl.
- Mash the yolks with the mayonnaise, the mustard, a hit of hot sauce and salt until smooth.
- Fill the whites with the mixture, with a spoon or a piping bag to show off.
- Sprinkle paprika and chopped chives on top.
